Campfire Stuffed Bananas

While there's nothing like a good s'more, these Campfire Stuffed Bananas are a delightful treat and are perfect for your next camping adventure. Simply slice, stuff with chocolate and peanut butter, and roast over the campfire until gooey and delicious. You can also customize them with other toppings like nuts, seeds, shredded coconut or marshmallow. Your taste buds will thank you!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bananas
  • ½ cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. For each banana, slice the banana peel and banana down the middle and gently open it up to create an opening for stuffing.
  2. Divide the peanut butter and chocolate chips evenly between the bananas. Wrap them in foil and place them on the heated grill for five to seven minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Carefully remove from the heat and unwrap. Use a fork to eat the stuffed banana out of the peel and enjoy!

Leftovers:

Best enjoyed right away.

One serving is one stuffed banana.

No Peanut Butter:

Use other nut and seed butter of choice.

Additional Toppings:

Add nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut.
