Ingredients
  

  • 1/16 oz Avocado Oil Spray
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cow's Milk (whole)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 2 tbsps Pitted Kalamata Olives (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Red Onion (chopped)
  • tsps Fresh Dill (chopped)

Method
 

  1. Spray a mug with the cooking spray.
  2. In the mug, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the feta, tomatoes, olives, onions, and dill. Mix until well combined.
  4. Microwave on high for two minutes. Stir and cook for one more minute or until the eggs are cooked through. Enjoy!
