Ingredients
  

  • 8 ozs Lean Ground Pork
  • 2 ozs Cheese Curds
  • ½ tsp Steak Spice Seasoning
  • 4 ozs Whole Wheat Bun (toasted)
  • ½ Tomato (large, sliced thick)
  • cup Broccoli Sprouts

Method
 

  1. Preheat the barbecue to high heat.
  2. In a bowl combine the ground pork, cheese, and steak spice seasoning. Form the meat into equal patties, approximately four inches in diameter.
  3. Grill the patties for five to seven minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. To the bottom bun add a slice of tomato, the burger patty, and sprouts. Close the burger and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers:

Refrigerate the cooked burger patties in an airtight container for up to three days. Assemble when ready to serve.

Serving Size:

One serving equals one burger.

More Flavor:

Use or add ground beef. Add barbecue sauce to the meat mixture. Add sliced red onion, sautéed mushrooms, pickles, bacon, or your favorite burger condiments.

Whole Wheat Bun:

One bun is equal to approximately 57 grams or two ounces.
