Spicy Black Bean & Avocado Dip

You're going to want to try this spicy dip that ranks high in fiber, protein and healthy fats! Pair with your favorite whole grain crackers or tortilla chips for your next gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado (medium)
  • 1 cup Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed, finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)

Method
 

  1. Add the avocado, black beans, lime juice, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Add in the cilantro, jalapeƱo, and red onion. Mix well and enjoy!
