Method
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and sausage. Stir and sauté for eight to ten minutes.
- Add the cajun seasoning and cook for another two to three minutes.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another five minutes or until everything has cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Divide between serving plates and enjoy!
