One Pan Cajun Shrimp and Sausage

Craving a mouthwatering meal that's easy to make? Savor the bold flavors of Cajun cuisine with this easy One Pan Cajun Shrimp and Sausage recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic (clove, minced)
  • 4 cups Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 Zucchini (medium, sliced)
  • 10 oz Chicken Sausage (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and sausage. Stir and sauté for eight to ten minutes.
  2. Add the cajun seasoning and cook for another two to three minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another five minutes or until everything has cooked through, stirring frequently.
  4. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Divide between serving plates and enjoy!
