- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the red onion and sauté for about five minutes. Add the beef and cook for another five minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the vegetable mix and edamame. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add the garlic, tamari, honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another five minutes or until everything has cooked through.
- Divide the beef mixture and cucumber evenly between plates. Enjoy!
