Strawberry Banana Kefir Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Plain Kefir
  • ½ cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ Banana (medium)

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and transfer to the freezer. Freeze popsicles for six hours or until fully frozen. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers:

Store in the freezer for up to one month.

Serving Size:

One serving is equal to one popsicle.

Make it Vegan:

Use coconut kefir.

More Flavor:

Add maple syrup or honey.

Banana: Use 2 cups kefir, 1 banana and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
