Chicken Caesar Mason Jar Salad

Tired of the same old office lunch? Say hello to our Chicken Caesar Mason Jar Salad - a game-changer in advanced meal prep! It's time to kick those greasy takeout containers to the curb and embrace the freshness of homemade salads.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Quinoa (dry)
  • 3 tbsp Caesar Dressing
  • 8 oz Chicken Breast (cooked, shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 Cucumber (large, chopped)
  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved, optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Divide and layer the ingredients into mason jars in the following order: Caesar dressing, chicken breast, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mixed greens, almonds, and parmesan cheese, if desired.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to eat, shake well and dump into a bowl. Enjoy!
