Baked Goat Cheese & Sun Dried Tomato Dip
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
- In a food processor combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, and oil. Process until smooth and creamy. Add the sun dried tomatoes and mix to combine with a spoon.
- Transfer the goat cheese mixture to an oven safe baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until bubbly and warm.
- Top with parsley and serve with crackers. Enjoy!
